I if truth be told make up my very personal WW soups. Any veggie soups are low in factors. One I particularly love is Tomato Basil Soup. I made the recipe up so parts are approximate. 2 tremendous carrots, peeled and chopped 2 celery stalks, chopped a million clove garlic, minced a million c onion, chopped a million c basil leaves, finely chopped 3 tremendous (the substantial substantial length, they're about 28 oz...i imagine of) cans of finished tomatoes, chopped and use liquid too 2 cartons low sodium chicken broth a million tbsp pepper a million tsp cayenne pepper a million tbsp Mrs. sprint Saute the onion, carrots, celery and garlic in a pan (utilising non-stick cooking spray) till finally mushy. In a pot sufficiently huge to carry each and each of the soup elements, pour interior the inventory, upload the greens, tomatoes (with liquid) and seasonings. provide to a sluggish boil then turn each and each of ways right down to simmer. After 20 min upload basil, practice dinner for 10 more suitable min. Puree a million/2 the soup utilising a blender and go back it to the pot and stir all of it at the same time. appreciate!!!!! 0 factors!!!!!!!

Taco Soup
(1 cup = 4 points)

Brown 1 lb. very lean chopped meat (I used ground venison) with one larged diced onion in a large stew pot.

Add:

16 oz canned tomato sauce
16 oz canned kidney beans (rinsed)
16 oz canned pinto beans (rinsed)
16 oz garbanzo beans (rinsed)
16 oz canned yellow corn (undrained)
16 oz canned diced tomatoes
1 3 oz. can of diced green chilies
one packet of dry ranch dressing
1 packet of taco seasoning mix
1 1/2 cup water
Heat to boiling. Immediately lower heat to simmer for 30 minutes. Garnish with cilantro. Enjoy.

I also tried this with a scoop of pineapple and mango salsa in the middle. The cold but spicy salsa with the hot soup was an interesting contrast.

This makes a large quantity and freezes well, too
