I enjoy the way I feel after I workout...so I guess I somewhat enjoy it. It feels good to get my heart pumping and to sweat...and also to know that I am one workout closer to a hot bod!

I love working out. It has become a top priority in my life. When you make it a part of your life, it becomes a normal thing. Plus, when you begin to feel the difference and see the difference it makes, it really motivates you to continue on.

I combine cardio in with my weight training to get an overall workout alternating between upper body and lower body. I do that 5-6 days a week. I take strong vitamins with a stack of Nitro-Tech and Cell-Tech and I have had quick and noticable results.

I love it; I take a modern dance class a few times a week, and it doesn't even feel like a workout as much as it does recreation. I've been doing it for several months and plan to continue with it for life. I initially got into dance because I was stressed out and thought it would be fun, but I found out it's a great workout as well. Everything is more toned now, especially my core and upper body.

yeah, i do a full body weight lifting routine 3 times a week. i enjoy this because its a good feeling to move big weights! and after you do it a while, you notice muscle gains.

i also sprints or basketball twice a week, both fun ways to break a sweat.

the only reason I dont like it is because it makes me sweat. But I enjoy the satisfaction that comes from doing it.

I love to work out. it is stress free and you get time to yourself. Just bring an Ipod with you when you exercise and you will be in your own little world. Good Luck.

No...I don't like it...and I rarely do it which I know is not good. I have asthma and and very out of shape so working out is unpleasant and hurts. I am not overweight...I just try to eat really healthy to avoid exercise.
