I exercise most days so this is not the cause of my weight, but i eat a bad diet. I would really appricate it if someone wrote me a healthy eating plan for each meal for each day in a week. I am in my teens and have tried to lose weight, but am failing and my confidence is dropping, if someone gave me a plan, i would stick to it and it would help an awful lot. Thank You.

Well, if you are exercising most days, that's a great start! You may need to add some simple strength training to your exercise regimen (sit-ups, pull-ups, push-ups, etc). Gym teacher would be glad to assist you in setting this up (not sure how old you are, but if you are out of high school and in college, your school should have a Rec Center with trainers on staff).

meanwhile, for your diet, check out the food pyramid site. This will be a great tool in helping you to determine what you should be eating. YOU need to be the one making your meal plan (with guidance, of course), because YOU need to be the one to learn how to eat, and will be ultimately responsible for your diet for the rest of your life. The good news is that learning to do this as a teenager makes it easier to stick with it as an adult.

I understand totally what your saying, I was over weight as a teen and then been up and down ever since, just could not stay on anything til I found Bee Pollen and Royal Jelly, its all natural and 100% safe, it contains a natural appetite suppressant too, have your mom read the health articles on www.beeroyalproducts.com , you can also write in with questions and they will tell you how it works. Lost 60 pounds and for the first time its stayed off and I feel great... I give it to my two daughters that are 17 and 15 years old just as a nutritional supplement and they feel better too.... Good Luck

i got here round the e book to be very informative and straightforward to ascertain. i have lost 17 pounds in 12 days, i'm purely worried that i'm dropping too a lot weight, too quickly. i will admit i have not observed the preparation guide precisely. i'm no longer sticking completely to the indexed ingredients and meal plans (yet usually) and doing little or no workout, although the load retains flying off. It obviously works and if i'd observed it precisely i imagine it would scare the living daylights out of me as a results of volume that i'd lose. So thanks back for the thoughts. i have under no circumstances offered something like this previously because they're typically finished of trash, yet 3WD has been a delightful wonder. commence on the prompt!

First of all you can start by going to your nutritionist, and do a dietary re-education program with him/her. To lose weight properly and keep it off depends on your motivation If you are not serious about it, if you can't pull yourself to not eat that sugary sweet or fried food, than you are only kidding yourself. Take control of your life and stop eating crap and start eating healthy. I lost 50 pounds with my nutritionist, with no magic pills or crazy diets. It's all determination. You can do it.

The nutritionist will set up a diet plan around things you like to eat, so it'll be more likely that you stick with the diet.

Best wishes.

well, i had that problem. i did a plan of gettin a pass to the fitness 19. every day i would run for only 15-20 minutes.

i was startin to get major results from that.. but anyways this was my week plan..

mon: schools lunch (DONT EAT IT!) bring a sandwitch of ANYkind just make sure you also bring a salead or orange or apple, banna works too. my fav. was grapes. then right after school ill drive to fitness 19. put on my ipod and up for 15-20 minutes. go home take a nice quick shower and you have the rest of the day to do homework or hangout with friends.

tue: (same thing all the way to friday)

but see with me, i had church thursday, and always went out on wednesday, friday all the way till Sunday. so it was hard for me to ever fit running into my weekend schedual. but from still doing it on the week days, i got ALOT off me.

oh and on the weekend when your with your friends, try not to eat fast food. it was really hard for me. instead, i always planed thatme and my friends will go to Mel`s Dinner, or Chevy`s somewhere where its NOT TOO much money to eat there. Mel`s is the best place.

but i also made food and have them came over to eat, so we woudnt have to eat out and it also save mulas! :D

well anyways, from a month and a half from doing that. im not 110.
and i use to be 130

I don't have eat an eating plan really but I will tell you how I lost weight. I started eating vegan, no cheese, milk or meat...and started eating a light supper of fruit or no supper at all and the pounds fell off left and right.

To simplify this answer to the bare and basic truth: Consume fewer calories than you burn, or inverting that, burn more than you consume. FInd out how many calories you need to maintain your current weight. Then, reduce this. If you can reduce it by 1,000 calories a day, you may lose 2 lbs a week. (each lb.=3,500 calories)

Self-denial and discipline is the key. No pain, no gain.
