Not sure exactly what you mean by "acrylic paint boards."
Most likely anything meant for acrylic would be okay with watercolor since they are both liquid media. However, just to be on the safe side, you should tape the sides of the paper down so that it won't wrinkle up when it gets wet, just like you do with watercolor paper. Use the blue masking tape that is not as sticky and tape it to a sturdy flat surface like a table top or drawing board.

It won't ruin it but it also won't dry.Watercolor needs to soak in to dry.You can use watercolor paper with acrylics but not the other way around.

Yes, if you paint the way I do. I can't work with watercolors at all.
