Yes, many, there are a number of Celtic/Gaelic sites online www.scots-online.org is one, others can be found through the links at the scotsman.com where you can even read teh news in Gaelic, be advised Highland Scots and Irish are slightly different, so if you have one particular destination in mind you are best off to try and find the regional tongue.
