The specific vitamin that works to prevent mosquitos biting is Vitamin B1, otherwise known as Thiamin. The typical dose for that is 100mg a day or you could try 50mg. Alternatively, if you were going to take this for longer than 2 weeks then it would be best as part of a B Complex - 50mg strength.

Garlic capsules will also help.

You can also use eucalyptus essential oil or citronella essential oil - adding a few drops to your aftersun lotion or any other cream and rub on the skin. These oils have repellancy but I wouldn't advise putting them neat onto the skin. Or you could put a few drops of the neat oil onto your clothing.

Have had positive feedback on Vitamin B1 for mosquito control by customers taking this prior to a vacation.

Hope this helps.

To my knowledge their is not any vitamin supplements that are for mosquito's, but their those bracelets that you place on your wrist and the bugs do not come around as much. Then there is always the bug spray. But that stuff does not smell the best. I personally hope you find either one of these products or exactly what you are looking for. Oh, by the way I just thought of this, go to a health food store and ask them if they have anything that can repel those hideous beasts.

Wear long sleeves pajamas? Can you also spray your room with mosquito repellents 4 to 5 hours before sleep? Spray at the darkest corners and isolated spots.

I use Avon Skin So Soft body lotion and dry oil body spray - Woodland Fresh scent. They don't like it at all and I never get bitten. Many forestry workers use this also to prevent them being bitten by midgies but it works for mosquitos also.

Eat plenty of garlic, that helps.
Also Badger Balms do an anti bug balm that works very well and is made from essential oils. It smells much better than the chemical ones and seems to work better.

It's either Vitamin B6 or Vitamin B complex. Sorry it's vague, but it's one of the two.
