Depends if you're taking advantage of her. If you want to get with a particular girl you've fallen for then fine. If you just like the idea of dating someone stupid so that you have the upper hand in arguments, then its just sad.

How handicapped is she? I don't see anything wrong with it as long as she knows what is going on and you're not taking advantage of her. Have you ever seen the movie "the other sister?" i think it's from the 80's or early 90's. It about that, kinda. They need love too.

well i don't think you IQ is up to standards if your still calling mentaly disabled people 'retarded' but if you have feelings for her than, its perfectly fine. theres no reason it would be unexceptable, if your not planing on hurting her intentionally.
