Allah Yahanniki. I'm syrian and we say this a lot when someone gets anything new or does something special. etc... It means may god give you happiness. If you say Yahnniki, you are talking to a female.. But if u say Yahannik, you are talking to a male..

Depending on what you say that is you grandmother is part syrian ; I could immagine that your gramather means :

Allah yehaniki- this is Arabic and it means may Allah (God) give u happiness or bliss (hana)

"allah" is god and i think "haniki" might be "is good" another way to say that would be "allah ahkbar"
im not fully sure of this answer, but it's a good possibility...
i think this is it if transliterated into arabic...
