My daughter will nibble at stuff like pizza, pancakes, speghetti, hambugers etc. Its not enough to fill her little belly though. I tried to force her to eat raviollis and chef boyardee. She won't take just oatmeal.

Toddlers often go through a phase when they'll eat only one thing. It's okay. It helps them feel secure.

Just keep offering her the other stuff and eventually it will become familiar and accepted. You can also try things like baby yogurt, cheese, mashed potatoes, or fruit (fresh or canned or applesauce maybe; sliced bananas or even avocado). The stuff you're offering may be a bit spicy or strong-tasting for her. The list above is generally sweeter and has smooth, pleasing textures.

Eventually she'll get bored of oatmeal and have a fancy for something else. At least she's chosen something relatively nutritious!

When my son was going through his oatmeal loving stage, he would also eat scrambled eggs. Try that, if it works maybe you can start sneaking in small amount's of spinach in the eggs? Then she'll be getting protein and some veggies. Good luck!

P.s. My kids hate ravioli's and chef boyardee!

First of all you should never force a child to eat anything. Children of that age only have a few ounces of stomach room. Offer foods before juice or milk. Sometimes juice and milk will fill her belly and then she wont eat! Try gerber chicken or turkey sticks, tasty and affordable and healthy!

Stop offering her oatmeal. Offer regular meals. If she doesn't eat don't force her, let her go hungry. Once she expierences hunger she will be more likely to eat what is put in front of her, don't worry she won't starve.

STOP OFFERING THE OATMEAL EXCEPT AT BREAKFAST!! EVENTUALLY SHE WILL REALIZE SHE ISNT GOING TO GET ANYTHING EXCEPT WHATS ON HER PLATE AND SHE WILL EAT!! ONLY GIVE HER JUICE OR MILK AT THE END OF THE MEAL AFTER SHE HAS EATEN! DRINKS TEND TO FILL THEIR LITTLE TUMMIES FASTER THAN WE THINK!! TRUST ME I WENT TROUGH THE SAME THING WITH MY 23 MONTH OLD WHEN HE WAS YOUNGER

My doctor told me that alot of kids do this. He said it's just a phase. He told me that if they will only eat one thing to just let them do it and keep offering them other things to try. I know it can be frustrating, i guess you just have to kepp trying.
