On a mac, is there a shell I can download like litestep to be able to resize window panes from all sides?

On MS Windows, I can resize them from all sides and corners, but Mac constrains me to just being able to drag from the one corner. This is annoying.

I think you need WindowDragon. It requires OS 10.4
