I love my boyfriend and he has never done anything like this before. He didn't tell me about it, I found out later from another source. He said he was afraid to tell me about it but that he wanted to. He said his ex kissed him and he stopped it right away. How do I know what to believe and can he really ever earn my trust again? He is very, very sorry and says he will do anything.

When a spouse kisses someone else while drunk, the problem isn't that he kissed someone. If you've ever been drunk then you know that inhibitions go out the window.

The real problem is, is this guy a drunk, because if he is then he'll be "kissing" all over the place.

Your boyfriend does not sound like a drunk. This sounds like a simple mistake. Forgive it and move on.

On the flip side though, are you sure he was drunk?

Once A Cheater Always A Cheater.. And Do You Think Your anxiety and depression Could Be caused By This Relationship Because I Think It Sounds Like Hard Work,, I Had A Boyfriend For A Year And A Half And I Became Slighty Depressed, I Realised It Was Because Of How Hard The Relationship Was.. I Really Really Liked Him Alot But I Knew If I Ended It I Would Feel Alot Better.. So I Did.. I Finished Him And I'm Soo Happy I Did.. He Might Seem Genuinely Sorry Now But He Might Just Have A Guilty Consience,, You Never Know He Might Of Done It Before And Thought That Admitting To 'A Small Thing' Like Kissing He's Gained Your Trust As You Know He'll Tell You If It Happens Again, I Think He Will.. Your Better Off Without Him,, Seriously Get Rid Of The Looser Because He Obviously Doesnt Know How Lucky He Is To Have A Girlfriend,, Lose Him And Spend Some Time With Your Girl Friends,, Go Out Partying :) xo

I say, you can probably forgive him and move on unless this happens again. He was drunk and it might have been an accident that it happened. If he doesn't go out and get all toasted often and if the source says it was just a kiss, then go with it and try your best to forget it. Maybe it wasn't him. Maybe you should be worried about his ex!

1. Bf parties with friends
2. Bf gets drunk
3. Bf kisses ex

I get the picture. It ain't hard for me to understand NONE of these things should have taken place. Better ask yourself if you really have a relationship or if you're just shacking up.
