i am in the 11th grade and will also be 18 in 3 months but if your parents are controlling and don't know the adult side of you yet why not surprise them tell them that you need to talk to them like an adult and explain that you are an adult and can make it on your own now they maybe be upset but assure them that they havent lost their daughter!

I moved out when I was eighteen. I was a senior in high school and I had been ready to move out for quite some time. At 18 you are an adult. Your parents can claim that your incompetant and try to keep you at home, but if you have a good paying steady job (been there for awhile) and have plenty in your savings account you should be fine. My advice is, be careful, budget, budget and dudget more. Try to get a roommate who is responsible enought to pay their share of the bills. Try to find an apartment that pays a bill or two and try to find a decent price apartment. You don't need a condo or one of the expensive apartments. Stay in school and go everyday. I had perfect attedance untill I moved out then i missed 12 days in one semester. Still go to prom, graduation and all the other corny high school things. Trust me you will regret it if you don't. Don't do anything stupid like drugs or alcohol it will mess up you life so quick. Be smart and do what is best for you. But trust me living at home where everything is free looks really good once you get out into the "real' world.

It depends on the laws but why would you want to? Unless you are being abused I wouldn't do it. I moved out at 19 because I felt like I was too old to still be living at home. Now I regret every minute of it. I go to college but I take night classes so I can work full-time to pay my bills. And now I am getting married because I need financial support. (That is not the main reason by no means but that is one reason why I am doing it so quickly). Just sit back and really think about it before you make that decision. Things can seem really bad but you never know how much worse they can actually get.

Yes, legally you can leave when you are under the age of 18, and it is considered "emancipation". This is when a child that is under the age of 18 shows that they can make it on their own, and they do not need their parents to help them out financially.

If you just want to leave, leave, but if your parent haven't mistreated you then your life is almost certain to end as a mess. Bad people enjoy and thrive on teens that leave the home because they are easy to exploit for horrible reasons, if you don't think you can be exploited, just get hungry and cold for a while.

If you are being abused, then call your local DSS agency. There is no hurry to be an adult, plan smart, and plan well.

If you are leaving because you are fed up with parents running your life, then you really need to wise up, because that yoke of control will be around your neck until you die. Everyone answers to someone, and if you leave, you may have to answer to someone that isn't as nice as your parents.

Once you leave home, it never gets easy.

When you're 18 you can do anything you want shy of drinking or renting a car. You just need to make sure your finances are in order and you have a job so you can pay bills (rent, electricity, water, cable, phone, etc.) and stay on steady ground. Nothing's worse than finding out you have enough money for all the bills but not for food. Don't move out just because your parents are holding you down or just because you're old enough to do it. Make sure you have a good reason because you could regret it. Good luck in your decision! :-D

At 18 you are legally an adult, you can move out if you choose, just think things through. It's not easy to afford a household and go to school, make sure have a solid plan including staying in school. Your future is all decided by your decisions now.

You can, but are you just being rebellious or is there a real problem.

You need your parents. Life is not easy and they are there to support you. 18 is supposed to be the age of maturity, but I would say after college when you have learned some life lessons, I would stay home with my parents and grow up before I tried to move out on my own.

With grammar like yours I highly suggest you stay away from that consideration. The title, in proper english, would be:

"When you turn 18 years old and still attend school, is it possible to move out even against your parents will?"

Beleive me, if it puts your education at risk, don't do it, unless you want to throw away your life, or are as lucky and as inventive as Steve Jobs.

Hey bbz. You are 18. 18 means you are an adult. That is a good thing. You can go out and buy a flat and all that. My parents can't wait till I leave. But...................you may wanna stay so u can make enough money for rent, food, bills and all that stuff.

Good Luck.

Yes, you are legally an adult and can move out. But the smarter thing to do would to at least finish highschool first. No education leads you nowhere in life. And it is hard to keep focused on grades when you are working to pay rent too.

Just stick it out until you are finished getting your diploma
