Those are really good goals! Here are some great ideas for eating healthy. I lost a ton of weight like this:
Breakfast: whole wheat toast with a little peanut butter, low-fat yogurt with frozen berries mixed in, egg white wraps with salsa
Lunch/Dinner: side salads from fast food, like Wendy's; weight watchers meals, veggie sandwiches, salad with chicken breast, baked potato with a little guacomole
Snacks: string cheese, any kind of fruit, cottage cheese, serving of almonds (more filling than it sounds!), lots of water
Good luck!!!

I don't think a month is necessarily realistic. When you lose fat, and gain muscle, you lose the fat weight, but gainmuscle weight. Muscle weighs more than fat. So you might end up losing inches, but gaining weight.
Your ab workout is extreme, too, I might add. You should only do muscular work 3-4 times a week - giving your muscles a day in between workouts for rest and recuperation. You're overworking them by doing it 5-6 days a week.
If you want to get rid of the "ghetto bootie", you need to work on your glutes. Not your abs.
I don't know what you're talking about with the saddle bags.
The love handles? I have them, too, and I don't know how to get rid of them. But I have learned to be ok with them, because they aren't that big, and I just have to know what pants look better on me with them. I also have an hourglass figure - so the love handles aren't great - but they help to keep that hanging around a while.

you can see results in a month if you are doing the right things and not overdoing it.
be sure to eat all 3 meals and snacks inbetween. This is very importand when gaining muscle and toning. I had a baby and now I am seeing a personal trainer. If you dont eat all meals then your body will start to eat itself when it is looking for someting to break down. It doesnt eat fat either,it goes for your muscle!!!
Breakfast: 7-8 am
Snack:10-11 am
Lunch:noon-1 pm
Snack:3-4 pm
Dinner:6-7 pm
snack: Optional only if your hungry 8-9 pm
You will know by common sence what foods there are that are good for you and BAD FOR YOU!!

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.
Get started today!

You are doing great, but I would like to add, No diet anything. They tend to do more harm than good. Also, Eat plenty of carbs in the morning to keep your energy up for toning. I know people say they are bad for you but I eat bagels with egg and bacon almost every morning and exercise like you are and have kept tone and the same weight since I was a teenager. Great snack foods are pretzels with cranberry juice.

okay, for one thing don't drink diet sodas they may seem like they are helping but in fact they are introducing a toxic into ur body that actually has been proven to melt away parts of ur brain matter. try only doing 30 to 40 minutes a day of running or cardio don't do it all at once, maybe 30 in the morning before eating and afternoon just before bed or shower. also try cuting your food and no junk food, try ediets, they have excellent recipes. be sure to drink lots of water, in fact try drinking the daily 8 cups of water a day.

Make sure you get lots of steamed or raw veggies and a little bit of fat in there. Also broiled chicken and lean steak for protein. Run more that 1.5 miles if you feel you can over time. It was the most effective way for me to lose and keep off my "freshman 15". Don't completely deprive yourself of your favorites, just cut down the portions. Otherwise, you might get cranky like i did. It took me 2 months to lose about 18lbs. Good luck to you!!

For breakfast, try a whole grain cereal with nonfat dairy. I eat muesli (essentially uncooked granola) with nonfat plain yogurt. Be sure to watch the portion size because it's quite dense, but full of whole grain goodness. Add fruit based on your calorie goal.
Another good breakfast is one carton of egg beaters (equivalent of 2 whole eggs) with one meatless sausage patty, and a whole wheat tortilla. Again, add fruit as possible based on your calorie needs.
For lunch, a simple sandwich with say 1.5oz of lean meat on whole grain, sugar free or no sugar bread. If you can find a bread without high fructose corn syrup, try that. No mayo on the sandwich, but mustard is fine. Fruit again, or some raw veggies, like baby carrots or cherry tomatoes.
At dinner, limit meats to 2oz per serving, with whole grains (eg. 1/2 cup of brown rice) and up to one cup of veg. Limit any fats you add while cooking. Invest in good nonstick cookware and you can sautee most meals with no added fats.
Other good snack items are just about any kind of fruit or vegetable, whole grain crackers like triscuit, low fat or fat free yogurt and cottage cheese. Make sure you read the labels and pay close attention to portion size. Often times a "single serving" package will show a relatively low amount of calories per serving, but will actually report 2.5 or more servings per package.
Finally, try drinking your coffee black, the way nature intended. You might find you like the taste better.
