Had a major attack of them while in the pub playing pool one night, so my sister-in-law was trying to teach me to drink water out of the glass backwards, which required me to bend forwards. Without realising my thong was slightly on display. My brother-in-law spotted oppurtunity and gave me a huge wedgie causing me to choke and send water down the wrong way. Bugger the drinking water backwards nonsense the shock got rid of the damn hiccups!!!
Was also pretty hilarious too.

After drinking some beer and having a single slice of bread, I had the hiccups for 2 hours, but it was funny.

Every one I get! My hiccups get pretty loud and even hurt most of the time. It sucks!

when i was pregnant, well it wasn't me who had the hiccups it was the baby lasted forever and he always seemed to have the hiccups

When I drink, then smoke a cigarette, I get hiccups that last for hours.

A stint that lasted nearly two hours - it was when I was at school and was the whole way through a secretarial studies lesson and more! Was funny to begin with but then was awful with everyone looking and laughing at me! I get them quite often if I eat too quickly or speak and eat...

i get hiccups as soon as i wake up sometimes if i sleep with my mouth open. its the most annoying time to get it!!! puts me in a cranky mood lol

always the same ::: indian resturant , i order a hot one (because i like them hot ) two mouthfulls later im off , every ones looking at me (and they are loud hiccups ) some freinds refuse my company to such places ????? why

When I get them they last for about and hour and it hurts my chest if I try to muffle the noise by keeping my mouth closed. So I have to let the sound of them come out of it will hurt really bad.

when am trying to eat my fav marmite on toast i get the hiccups but i think thats cos i try to eat it to fast :-P
