you should file them all at once because it wuld just make things for u & ur family a bit less complicated. this way all forms r in & the process wont be delayed. plus, u can go to organizations that will help & tell u which form s to fill out urself w/o paying a lawyer or notiary so u just pay the application fees. be informed & dont get scammed by the legal process cuz unless he has a criminal record u can file & start teh process yourself.
