Fast weight loss is not healthy, and healthy weight loss is work. If you find work easy, then weight loss will be easy.
For me, it is not easy and I need help from other people. If anyone promises an easy solution, it means they are trying to empty my wallet.
The FDA just slapped huge fines on companies that were making false claims about fad and herbal weight loss products. In their statement, they explained that the ONLY way to lose weight is to eat less calories and exercise more.
Make a healthy meal plan that you can stick to, and then stick to it. Make a moderate exercise plan that you can stick to and then stick to it.
That is they only method that works.
What most people need is not "tricks" and "secrets" but rather moral support. Overeating is a disease of isolation. It is when we feel lonely, disconnected, incomplete, unloved... that is when we overeat. So I would recommend joining a group for emotional and spiritual support: church, synagogue, yoga class, Overeaters Anonymous, whatever.
That will make the difference you are seeking. Good luck!

There is no "fast" way. All the drugs that are hyped up on TV are unhealthy.
To lose weight in a healthy way before summer, eat right, exercise, and drink plenty of water. Water is key when losing weight, too. A normal person should be drinking 8 glasses of water per day. (64 oz.) If you are trying to lose weight, you might want to drink 10-12 glasses per day. I don't know what it does exactly, but it does help to lower your weight a little.
And if you are weighing yourself - don't weigh yourself every day. I would recemmend weighing only once a week, in the morning, with nothing on, without having eaten or showered. (Food in your stomach adds to the scale - so does wet hair and clothing, obviously.)

Well you don't have to do it that fast if you are trying to lose before summer. Summer is end of May, beginning of June, so you have at least 4 months. You could lose 20 pounds easily before that, just by following a healthy diet with whole grains, lean protein, low fat dairy, and plenty of fruits and vegetables. Less than 1,500 calories a day and 30 minutes of cardio every day should get you there. Good luck!

Ab Lounger might be one step in a plan, but not the total solution. Sure, it might help you do crunches, but it is going to do NOTHING if you have a layer of fat between the chistled abs and the skin.
Best bet is diet and exercise. Check out the food pyramid to figure out what you should be eating, and drink plenty of water. For exercise, you are looking for at least 30 minutes of cardio, 3 times a week PLUS strength training - that's where the Ab Lounger can come into the picture, but don't neglect your other muscles, too.

It's never fast, nor easy or everyone would be in a bikini. It's hard and it's slow. When you can deal with that, you'll be fine. Best of luck.
