Why wouldn't you be able to? It is a new car, and as long as it is mechanically sound, then it will be fine! Just make sure you have properly inflated tires (and a spare) and that your fluid levels are correct.
It's always a good idea to have a blanket, first aid kit, a snack, and some drinking water in your car just in case.

That is a question only you can answer, has it given you any problems, is the servicing op to date, is it mechanically sound but most of all do you have confidence in it.
It is your car and you will know it better than anyone.

If it is generally in good shape, then yes. If you know of serious mechanical problems, then no.
If you have no problems in your daily driving, and have serviced it properly, go to the GC. It is a beautiful trip. Have fun!

Assuming you havent abused it and fried the engine,why wouldn't it. I have an '86 F150 and I'd go anywhere in it right now.

of course you can. just make sure to check fluids before you take your trip. make sure you have good levels of coolant, etc.
