my pen friend asked me to write sth about it...but she said it is about school and as she said"if you dont know which one to choose write about your favorite lessons"
but write what?!

"Arbeitsblatt", roughly translated, means "homework paper". So your friend is asking you to tell her about what kind of schoolwork you do.

as said its a worksheet...
maybe she asked you to write her on a sheet of paper something about you

"worksheet"; it could also mean "paper" and she could want a letter back...
(i was going to say homework but that's "Heimarbeit"; because they both have "arbeit" which means "work" i got confused)
