I got this recipe from recipezaar.com they have lots of great recipes!!
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup louisiana hot sauce
1 dash pepper, Ground
1 dash garlic powder
1/2 cup flour
Heat oil in a deep fryer to 375 degrees.
You want just enough oil to cover the wings entirely -- an inch or so deep at least. Combine the butter, hot sauce, ground pepper, and garlic powder in a small saucepan over low heat. Heat until the butter is melted and the ingredients are well blended.
Combine the flour, paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt in a small bowl.
If the wings are frozen, be sure to defrost and dry them.
Put the wings into a large bowl and sprinkle the flour mixture over them, coating each wing evenly.
Put the wings in the refrigerator for 60 to 90 minutes.
(This will help the breading to stick to the wings when fried.) Put all the wings into the hot oil and fry them for 10 to 15 minutes or until some parts of the wings begin to turn dark brown.
Remove the wings from the oil to a paper towel to drain.
But don't let them sit too long, because you want to serve the wings hot. Quickly put the wings into a large bowl.
Add the hot sauce and stir, coating all the wings evenly.
You could also use a large plastic container with a lid for this.
Put all the wings inside the container, add the sauce, put on the lid, then shake. Serve with Bleu cheese dressing and celery sticks on the side
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
10 chicken wings
bleu cheese salad dressing
celery
vegetable oil, for frying
Hope i was some help!

I live an hour away from the Anchor Bar in Buffalo, NY the originators of the Buffalo Wing, and all they do and all us western new yorkers do, is Fry up some chicken wings and then take
Frank's Red Hot Sauce
mix it equally with butter in a container
Then once the wings have been cooked toss them on the container and shake them around to get a nice even coating. YUM!! These are great!!!!

This is my family's favorite recipe. It is made in the crockpot/slow cooker. It's so amazingly easy and we never, ever have leftovers! It's better than any restraunt, too.
Hot Wings
25 chicken wing pieces
1 cup BBQ sauce
1/2 cup Red Hot sauce
1/2 cup honey
1 T brown sugar
1 t mustard seasoning
Broil wings in oven for 8-10 minutes. Put them in the crockpot and pour in the sauce. Cook for 4 to 4 1/2 hours, or until very tender.
*Double the Red Hot to make your mouth really tingle! Yummm!

Cook the wings on a baking sheet first.
Then fry them.
The sauce should be 1/2 pound of butter (not margarine), melted first and add 1 tsp garlic powder - add Frank's Hot Sauce or Louisiana Hot Sauce - 1 to 1 and a half cups, plus 2 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp worchestershire, 1 tbsp of hot mustard. You can also add some brown sugar to it if you like.
Should be good!!!
There are zillions of ways to do this.

Ooh, here's my recipe.
1/3 cup hot sauce (I like Lousiania Hot Sauce)
6 Tbsp butter
1 packet Good Seasonings Italian dressing powder
Melt all that together. That dressing mix really gives it the extra flavor.

I don't have one, but I have used a few from Food Network that worked out great. Especially the one from Paula Dean.
