Autistic children can be trained, they just need more training than others. I suggest treating him like any other child and training him. If with all of your efforts and your full 100% training and it doesn't work, you need to seek professional medical help. Maybe he can't train and you know that he's autistic. At that point, you'll just have to accept that for the time being.

My son is 3 and he potty trained, all i did was take him to the potty every two hours, at night he had pull ups on. but you could put them on him at night too. and befor he goes to be take him to the potty, and wake him up in middle of night and take him again.

You need to talk to the doctor, and ask him to direct you, to talk to someone about Autistic behavior, and they will give you tips, on what to do, one thing is to make it fun, and the other thing is you have to be consistent. I know this is very trying for you, and my prayers go out to you! Hang in their!

Talk to your doctor who should be able to reccomend someone who specializes in autism , then call them and ask for help and suggestions. good luck.
