Medicine Buddha looks in many ways like the
one of the 5 wisdome Buddhas, I'm talking about the
Vairocana Buddha and Akshobhya Buddha. Is there any relation between them??I know they that Akshobhya Buddha and Medicine Buddha have blue skin. But the Medicine Buddha and Vairocana have the same hand gesture (Mudra). Just see that alot in Art soo I just wanted to know.

Regarding mudras, I found this:
A symbolic hand-position, used when depicting a divinity. Common mudras include –
anjali (palms together as if praying: submission, adoration)
abhaya (palm out, fingers pointing up: "fear not")
bhumisparsha (fingertips touching the earth: Buddha calling the earth to witness his steadfastness)
dharmachakra (fingers intertwined: preaching)
dhyana (palms cupped in lap: meditation)
varada (palm out, fingers down: giving a blessing)
vitarka (palm out, thumb and forefinger touching in "OK" sign: teaching)

I would suppose the identical mudra would indicate the Buddha was conveying the same outward message, and that message would have to be tempered through the meaning of the particular figure. Other than that, I couldn't tell you, being not so conversant with the different depictions of the Buddha in art.

I believe that the differences in Buddhas that you speak of is more of a cultural difference than an actual "physical" difference. Buddha is in the heart and mind of all who practice the philosophy. The difference you see is based off of the need of the people to put a visualization to the concept. Example, this is why Jesus is seen as Hispanic, African, or Caucasian rather than Middle Eastern, as his decent would have been. Practitioners desire to see their own likeness in the images of their faith.

Anyone can be a Buddha.
There is nothing saying that there was only one Buddha.
All a Buddha is is an enlightened one!
A Buddha is NOT A god, angel or some other spooky thing!

Buddhism is also not a religion but a philosophy!
