i"ve known this guy for years and he's never been appealing or attractive to me. Just recently we start hanging out and now he's all I can think about. I'm afraid if it gets serious then a few months down the line I won't like him again. He's a sweetheart and I don't want to hurt him. Please help!

I remember in high school on the first day, some people were automatically labeled hot and others not. Well, when you hang around someone more and more, their personality can actually make them hot because you get to know them and that actually makes you attracted to them. Also, a naturally beautiful person can speak and become a total turnoff or become totally ugly because of their personality.
I can say that I enjoyed a relationship with a not so hot person more than other relationships with the "hot" people. My mother always said something like looks wear off eventually so if you can't talk to a person, that's really not a relationship.

I went out with boys that were not so attractive, I depend whether or not attractiveness is a high quality to you. I say you would stay with him. I think a great personality goes farther then looks!

U dont have to be attracted to someones physical looks to like that person. Go with it. Dont miss out on something that might be great because of pointless reasons.

looks are not everything. A great person is great on the inside and sometimes the packaging isn't appealing but the gift is wonderful

My sister is a 10 and her husband is maybe a 3. He is pretty ugly, but she likes him.
I think beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
