Go Bears! Even worse for me - I grew up in Chicago (6 years old during the 85 season), but now I live in Indiana among a bunch of fair-weather Colts fans.
My resolution was to lose 15 pounds last year. I lost 23. Diet and exercise - but there were some tough patches. If you slip up, the best bet is to jump back on the horse the next day and get back on track (and while we're jumping on horses, who can't wait to see Urlacher beat up on Peyton Manning?), maybe add 10 minutes to your workouts the next week.
Super Bowl Snacks - looking at a gigantic veggie tray, I'm baking hot wings instead of deep-frying them, and making a giant batch of hummus. That way I can afford some calories for a piece of orange and blue Bears cake (Carrot cake base - add orange food coloring, cream cheese frosting with blue food coloring, topped with blueberries).

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.
Get started today!

I looked at your website ( http://blackworkathomemom.com/ ) and if you are the weight shown in the photo with your children, you are beautiful and don't need to lose an ounce. I am actually too thin and would LOVE to have your gorgeous curvy figure. Don't change a thing... continue to eat healthy as you are, but forget about the weight.
:o)

pretty good. I don't watch the superbowl but for snack ideas stay away from chips and dip make your own popcorn, not microwave but in a popper and you control the salt or put no salt on it (brand name found in most stores) or other salt substitute things garlic powder or even if you like kettle corn some sugar substitue. Also make your own chex mix so again you control the butter or salt or do the sub thing just like with the popcorn. drink water or even those fruity fizzy waters they have out there so you won't think you are missing out. Have fun and good luck

So far, great! It's going a little slow, but I was so happy to shed a few pounds when I weighed myself a few weeks ago. I drink lots of green tea, lots of water, and I avoid sugar and greasy stuff. I started with tennis and I get lots of excercise on weekends.

Yeah I live in Chicago and food is a big thing come game day as well. But I am working on gaining another 15lbs. So the game worked out well for me. Haha. You have to enjoy the game and the SB coming up, so that day you can cheat. Just work hard the following week to make up for it.
