The dietary laws found in the Old Testament were there to keep the Children of Israel seperate from the rest of the world. It helped keep the Israelites apart from the rest of the world. This was good only as long as the church was generally one ethnic and/or national body. However, when the gospel went out into all the world, to the Jew and the Gentile, there was no need for distinction of this nature. In Acts 10, Luke through the inspiraton of the Holy Spirit records, "...And saw heaven opened, and a certain vessel decending unto him, as it had been a great sheet knit at the four corners, and let down to earth: wherein were all manner of four footed beasts of the earth, and wild beasts, a nd creeping things, and fowl of the air. And there came a voice to him, Rise, Peter; kill, and eat... And the voice spake unto him again a second time, What God hath cleansed, that call not thou common." Acts 10:11-13, 15. In Romans we find, "...Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed forever. A-men. For this cause God gave them over to vile affections, for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error that was meet" (Romans 1:25-27). There is no passage in Scripture explaining homosexuality to be fine. As for the hatred part, Christians are called to hate sin. The sin of homosexuality is hated. The gospel is still preached to homosexuals. (Spreading the gospel is probably the most loving thing Christians can do. Christians understand that unbelievers will go to Hell forever if the unsaved do not repent. If a Christian truly hated a person, the Christian would not spread the gospel in th hope that the unsaved will go to Hell. By spreading the gospel, the Christian shows that he would like to see the unsaved person in Heaven for all eternity.) -Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and shalt be saved

If you are a Christian and are forgiven for your sins, no, you won't go to Hell. God's rules about food are just His Good Health Advice. He tells us not to eat unclean animals because their meat is not fit for human consumption - it can make us sick. He wants us to be healthy - these are not arbitrary rules. Shellfish are scavengers - bottom feeders that feed on rotting flesh and garbage. Our bodies are the temple of the Holy Spirit. Why would we want to put garbage into the temple? It would be like the ancient Israelites offering a skunk on the altar.
Some people like to use the example of Peter's dream about the sheet full of unclean animals coming down. They will say, "See, God said it's OK to eat unclean animals." But that's NOT what God said! Peter said that God was telling him to "call no MAN unclean", not "call no PIG unclean". If God ever rescinded this rule, then why are pigs still pigs? Their meat is full of trichina larva, bad cholesterol and carcinogens. Pigs, like shellfish, are scavengers - nature's garbage collectors. Even the FDA says "eat it at your own risk". They won't even grade pork like they do beef. They say you shouldn't even feed it to your dog, it's that unhealthy. In fact, you never find pork in dog food! It's always lamb, beef, chicken or turkey - all "clean" animals. So why do humans eat it?

If you are living under the impression that you are being watched and may at any time do something that will cause the entity you worship to banish you to burn for all eternity, you have problems bigger than shellfish.

Mark 7:19
because it does not go into his heart, but into his stomach, and is eliminated?" (Thus He declared all foods clean.)

If you are worried, then put your faith in Jesus, thus:
Romans 5:8
But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
Romans 3:23
for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,
Romans 6:23
For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Romans 10:8-13
8 But what does it say? "THE WORD IS NEAR YOU, IN YOUR MOUTH AND IN YOUR HEART" -- that is, the word of faith which we are preaching,
9 that if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved;
10 for with the heart a person believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation.
11 For the Scripture says, "WHOEVER BELIEVES IN HIM WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED."
12 For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; for the same Lord is Lord of all, abounding in riches for all who call on Him;
13 for "WHOEVER WILL CALL ON THE NAME OF THE LORD WILL BE SAVED."
