go to turbo c site & search for what you want.you will get only obsolete versions of c & c++,but those are sufficient for learners!(learned c on one of them).
if you want an advanced version, you woulkd have to go to an underground site or illegel download site

TC is a really, really old C compiler. Use a newer compiler such as Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Express. The Express version is free, and comes with an IDE. You could alternatively use GCC for Windows (MinGW), but it doesn't come with an IDE. You have to use some other editor -- this will take a little longer for you to get used to.
