I lay them on a cookie sheet or plate and put that in the freezer for about an hour. Then I just pack them all in ziplock bags. Prefreezing them keeps them from sticking together. Pass the syrup, please!

Wrap them tightly in saran wrap or aluminum foil and put in a ziploc freezer bag. If you are freezing more than one, put a piece of waxed paper between them so they don't stick together. Thaw them in the refrig. - don't freeze more than a month or so though!
