I've tried that and it only made it very awkward. Plus, if people at work find out, they'll start to talk and possibly spread rumors. Stick with a social life outside of the workplace. Good Luck.

Go for it. Start out by going to lunch with him and see if he seems like someone you want to get to know better. If you are not interested over lunch there is no need to go on any more dates. You can always use the excuse that you decided that it wouldnt be a good thing to date someone at work if you are not interested. If you decide that you are interested just be careful and very discreet so that the whole office isnt involved in your private life. I have dated plenty of men from work and I never had a problem as long as you agree to be mature and respectful to the other person.

Hello,
Why not, you obviously know him, and you may even find him responsive to whatever it is you have in mind by accepting his offer, and it could be a lovely evening, doing stuff you probably don't normally do, if you are both free and single, then that is another problem you don't have to bother about, maybe go somewhere you both know for the first date, and let him hold your hand for the slow walk about when you get to where you are going, take it slow, you may have to face this fellow again in the morning when you are both back at work, relax and enjoy, but just a little careful too.......bye Tony M

No. If you are not sure it is best not to because you will have to work with him & if it doesn't work out you will end up being miserable at work.
If you was sure that he could be right for you I would give you another answer.
If he is ugly, definately not & if he has no personality say NOOOOO.
You will find someone who you really like soon so don't risk it.

Sure, but don't let him pay for a meal if you've no intention of a second date, then he might think you used him. If you go out on a date but don't see him again his confidence won't be shattered, plus you never know, you might hit it off!!

Yes, you should at least try if you think that there could be a possiblity.. If it doesn't go well, then all you have to tell him is that you had a great time, but you aren't ready to date at this time. Good Luck Girl.

Sure, why not! Give him a chance! If you don't enjoy the date then you can gently let him know that you two just don't connect in that special way. Good luck!

You know the saying about not messing around on your own doorstep.
Things could turn nasty and office relationships are not healthy before you know it your colleagues might know more about you than you want.
Only you know what to do good luck

Dont date people you work with, it makes things weird at work. It hard to be with someone all day all the time.
