and how do i go about building myself up to it.
I start work at 11am till 7pm
and normally wake up at about 9-9:30am
my partner gets up at 6:45 so i could get up with him to start my 'workout' and would have a good few hours before i would have to be at work.
As it is now i already walk to work which takes me about 20-25 mins then i am sat at my desk for the rest of my day.
at lunch i have 1 sandwich with cheese, cold cut meat and salad, 3 small biscits, a milkybar, strawberry yogert and an apple.
then my b/f picks me up cause at the mo its still to dark for me to walk home by myself but when it starts gettin lighter i will walk home is well.
so what more can i do in the morning to help get more exercise.
