Those who are good at cooking measurement please help me?

This question shows how thick I really am!!

But please can you do me a favor and change these quantities to grams... i only know grams ... thick i no!!

5.5 oz
1 oz
1/2 lb

also what is half of 3/4 lb in grams

5.5 ounces = 155.92 grams
1 ounce = 28.35 grams
1/2 lb (8 ounces) = 226.8 grams
half of 3/4 pound = 170.1 grams
