If anyone did, I lost my magazine and I can't remeber exactly what I was supposed to do. Does anyone know if it actually works? Thanks!!!

I read that, but it was coconut oil. It was one teaspoon per day and it was supposed to do all kinds of things, including weight loss, increased energy, optimum healthy, etc, etc. Just another fad thing...there's nearly 100 calories in a teaspoon of oil, so you'd gain almost a pound a month if you did that...dumb

The FDA just slapped huge fines on companies that were making false claims about fad and herbal weight loss products. In their statement, they explained that the ONLY way to lose weight is to eat less calories and exercises more.

Make a healthy meal plan that you can stick to, and then stick to it. Make a moderate exercises plan that you can stick to and then stick to it.

That is they only method that works.

What most people need is not "tricks" and "secrets" but rather moral support. Overeating is a disease of isolation. It is when we feel lonely, disconnected, incomplete, unloved... that is when we overeat. So I would recommend joining a group for emotional and spiritual support: church, synagogue, yoga class, Overeaters Anonymous, whatever.

I've not read this article. However, it has been suggested that olive or various nut oils are healthier than corn oil- which is what you commonly see in the stores.
