Why?? The majority of women do NOT understand what a good body is. There is absolutely NOTHING wrong with thick legs. Stop striving to be one of these lost women you see on television.
Women seem to judge having a nice body by weight and dress size. This is incorrect. Someone that is healthy and wears a dress size 10 can have a much better figure than someone wearing a size 6. Just because someone wears a certain dress size or weighs and a certain weight doesn't mean that you look good.
The majority of the so-called perfect body ,have flat asses, arms with no muscle tone, showing bones, and look like a twelve year old. Some women think that all they have to do is buy some artificial breasts and that solves it. Sorry ladies that is NOT true. Many guys may not tell you to your face but we are laughing at you.
Yes, there are some of the idiot men out there that like them because they themselves are what we call a pus** or "wimp". A real guy will like the natural you, without surgery. It will always be a much better relationship over a "plastic" one. Plus he won't leave you for the next girl that has bigger implants than you.
Bottomline, excercise, eat healthy and be fit. That is all it takes.

I swear by "Walking!!!" That and leg lifts, from every angle!! To the side, the front, and especially the back... Like, while your doing the dishes, do your back leg lifts, for those back thighs..... Alls you do is lift your leg up until it hurts, bring it down take a breather and do it again!!! On your walks, (not jogs, they shake up our intestines, too much) ,just do "Fast-walks" with your arms, up like your going to run, you know... You could even take some of those small "dumb-bells" with you, for the walk, to carry in each hand, so your arms get excercise as well.... I love my walks, and I come from a very large family, and all of my life I swore to myself I'd never be as "Big" as my sister's, and I never have been , because I've always watched my weight, since I was a little girl, I chose not to be a "Big Person" like they are!! But, it takes alot of work, and self discipline, you know!!! Good luck to you, hun!!! And have fun with it!!! Smile!!!

You can't really change the actual "size" of your thighs (unless you believe those ridiculous diet pill commercials!), but here's what you CAN do: make them more defined by working them out. Muscle will ALWAYS make a body part LOOK sexier, and this is especially true of your thighs! Trust me, if those "chubby" thighs are made of muscle and not fat, you won't be embarrassed at all to wear shorts and mini skirts!

aerobic excercise with slim them down and then do leg lifts and work em out.
