There are not only general Witchcraft message boards, there are Tradition-specific boards out there.
Which Tradition of Wicca (BTW) were you initiated into? Gardnerian, Alexandrian, Georgian, Mohsian, or Central Valley Wicca?
There are also Tradition-specific boards for the non-BTW Traditions, like Reclaiming and 1734.
You might want to start here:
http://asia.dir.yahoo.com/Society_and_Culture/Religion_and_Spirituality/Faiths_and_Practices/Paganism/Traditions_and_Paths/Wicca_and_Witchcraft/
Also, you might want to do a search on Yahoo Groups to find something that fits with your practice:

This is a great forum for people of all neo-pagan religions:
http://www.ecauldron.net/
My favorite yahoo group for traditional Wicca:
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/amberandjet/
Although Amber and Jet is for traditional folks (BTW, coven), a lot can be learned on there for a solitary. The references are great and there is a lot of experience on there.
