I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it.
1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.
It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.
A sight with some really cool diet calculators and interesting calorie counting calculators is here. Check it out.

Stay motivated, and get up and walk every day. I seriously lost all my weight starting off my day on my walk.
Good LUCK!

well heres a good thing if you want to have the baby sooner then go jogging and running and it will break you water faster and help you lose a lil before weight. but you have 3months to lose that weight itll be easy!you could lose it all in a month if you tried. just drink a lot of water i mean a lot and it doesnt matter at all what you eat just if you wanna have something really fattening then get like 1/2 portion of it itll reduce the calories greatly. then drink water again and do a lot of exercise like walking at a fast pace even go jogging w/ the bby. and swimming is a good way to burn calories

Well, since you are pregnant right now, I'm assuming that your doctor has given you guidelines as to what you should be eating. Focus on healthy eating habits right now, and getting in nice, long walks. Once you are in a healthy routine, when the baby is born, you will be in a good place to ramp up a routine... but ask your doctor, (s)he's familiar with the situation and can guide you.

its all genetics, no matter how much you tell yourself you can loose the weight... but what i did was go out with some girlfriends and dance and dance and dance(that latin dancing will givce you a workout). It was great for the thighs and leg area, gave me a chance to get out and give my son and husband "bonding time", and i had an awesome time. I lost all 50(about) pounds and even more... weighed less than before i was pregnant.
well, good luck and hope you reach your goal!
