i think the question is do YOU have feelings for her? age doesn't really matter.its just numbers. its the chemistry between you and her that bonds together. if she is talking with you on the phone and smiling and even sending you sms, then definitely step up your game and let her see that you want her. Ask her on a date or something. something that will let her know or have a feeling that you guys are on the same level of liking each other. Never hurts to try.

Girls can be very unpredictable, trust me, I am one. So if she blushes, and is always sweet, she may just like you back! If you get a few more hints or hear any rumors, I would go for it! After all, rejection isn't the end of your world. You move on, and who really knows? Maybe she will say yes, then imagine how happy you will be!
