It's only a sign of what is to come. Your man is wandering. Either put him on a leash or let him go.

Dump him, establish paternity, and take him to court so he'll be responsible for helping you pay the expenses accrued carrying his child, and you'll have a child support order already in place.
Any man that would be looking for action while his girlfriend/wife is pregnant isn't worth holding on to, you, and your child, deserve to have someone who will be there for you through the good and the bad. Who will be supportive of you emotionally, physically and financially through your pregnancy and subsequent childbirth. He sounds immature and selfish, only thinking of himself and not you and your unborn child.
Get out while the getting is good, before you end up with more kids and a man who can't decide what he wants.
You deserve far better than a cheater.

What I would do is be willing to admit I made a mistake in judgment when I started a relationship with this person and became pregnant. I would say to myself I need to get out of this situation because I no longer want to worry about his whims and fancies anymore. I would want my child to have a better example of how one should treat other people, therefore the cheater would be kicked away from me. I would educate myself so that I am able to support myself and my child from a position of power over my own life. I would no longer allow the offender to use my feelings for him as a club to wield over my life for the purposes of having his cake and eating it, too.
Good luck

Well, b/c you are pregnant, please don't fight anyone.
But also b/c you are pregnant, he may be going through an emotional time too. (Not taking his side one bit). But he's about to become a father, a role model in some little person's life! That's pretty big for any guy to take on.
Maybe you should confront him about it, I would, and maybe even give each other a little bit of space. Just make sure he attends your appointments and special events.
But don't pressure him, he'll really do something off the handle then.
Pray on the matter!

I would definitely confront him..tell him you know he's a player and then show him to the door. I also hope these other women aren't friends of yours..if they are they shouldn't be giving your man their number...no one needs friends like that. you definitely deserve better..life is rough enough no need to let him make it rougher..toss him out the door..and those woman too.

talk to him about it before you do anything major. tell him how your feeling and that he needs to stop because he has a baby on the way. if you cant work things out i would leave him-you and your new baby dont need someone who you cant depend on to be there for you.

Lawyer up. Make sure he's paying for what he is responsible for. If he is messing w/ other women - kick him to the curb.

Think about Angelina Jollie. Jennifer dumped Brad! You gotta do what you gotta do even if you are pregnant.
