I'm 27 and i'm trying to start a weight training routine, i've weight trained here and their but i've never done it on a regular basis. What is the most important muscle to work on ?

your heart is the most important muscle in your body and to keep that regulated aerobic excercise is the most important activity to do so. then you can start muscle training on your lower and upper extremities.

Legs, they are the largest, hense when they get bigger they burn more calories, so your over all cuttness will be better
