How and why did these animals die out?

Ask the dead animals on Mt. St. Helens. They disappeared in a flash. The earth doesn't have to be old for things to become extinct. Many have become extinct in my life time.

no longer purely Christians imagine the flood got here about, yet there are 218 floods reports from all corners of the sector that contain an exceedingly vast boat, with endless animals and eight persons. Geology and the fossil beds is evidence that the flood got here about, the evidence is everywhere in the planet of the catastrophic deluge of water. The procedure flow bypass with the flow and the orientation of the fossils even element out what day/component of the flood, different canyons and monument valleys instruct the first-fee ability and volume of the water. The mid Atlantic ridge is the massive scar left from the" water of the pleasant deep bursting forth." although of route you're going to snigger at such purposes, it ought to't be real, the Bible is an person-friendly fairy tale.assume of that appropriate right here time you ability by ability of the mountains or at the same time as it rains; how severe is the water?

How do Christians explain all the thousands of animals that have become extince? My guess is that the animals died, but its just a guess.

Young earth, Old earth - is not the real issue. Heaven or Hell are the real things to consider.

So much for the self-proclaimed intelligence of atheists. Animals came before man, some didn't survive such as dinosaurs. I'm christian and I know this earth isn't young. What is it you don't get?

I'd say your assumption of a "very young Earth" is flawed, as is your literal interpretation of the flood as a global event rather than a localized event.

I consider myself "Christian" and I do not subscribe to either of those views.

Had to have something to feed the Lions and Tigers and Bears on the ark. You would be surprised how long one wolly mammoth lasts or how good unicorns tasted.

The same way they ignore the fact that humans weren't the first creatures to inhabit the earth (in fact we are one of the latest). Denial!
