I have developed a dark patch on my face. It happens every winter. There is no pain or itch as such. It just a plain dark patch of skin just under my lips.(right side)Prior to the formation of the patch the place begins to itch. Then after a while i develop this patch. Surprisingly after the patch has been formed there is no itch no rashes nothing except the dark patch of skin .
At the end of the winter season it vanishes on its own. This thing happens every year in the winter season n that too at the same place i.e under my right lips.(around the corners downwards).
Help !!!! The mark looks so ugly!!!

Go to skin specialist who may advise the right treatment. You may be allergic to something!

There are many reasons for this. It could be because of the cold weather,or some type of food that you take during winter,or some type of pollen or dust mites that you are exposed to during this time of the year. i would suggest that you visit an ayurvedic doctor who can get rid of your problem with out harmful steroids.I myself had a similar problem and got rid of it at KOTTAKAL ARYA VAIDYA SHALA.
