Go to a gastrointestinal doctor. Sometimes they put a rubber band on them in the office so that they die of no circulation and fall off...not recommending that you do that yourself...they know what they are doing.

Rectinol is another one but all creams are pretty much the same.My advice to you,If it is as bad as you describe it is,Is to see your doctor. There could be a chance you could be suffering from an abysses which can be associated with and a secondary condition to haemorrhoid's.If this is the case pain can be excruciating and you would have problems walking,Sitting and sometimes hard to even find a comfortable position to lay as well,Because you do suffer from haemorrhoid's it sometimes masks the added problems such as an abysses. It would also explain why haemorrhoid creams are not helping.Surgery is usually required if it is an abysses albeit a simple operation.Surgery is also an option if your haemorrhoid's are severely affecting your lifestyle.Lastly,Haemorrhoid's is a very common ailment so there is no shame in seeking medical treatment for such a problem.

Creams are only helpful for a limited number of pile sufferers. The best way to manage piles is first to see if you can slowly push them back into the rectal cavity. Some piles are easier to push back. You will need to use your hand (wear rubber gloves if you want) and try to relax the lower half of your body. Try different positions until you find one that allows you to relax best. Often the natural mucus will allow the pile to go back, but sometimes a bit of water will help. Don't use lubricant as they will allow the pile to pop out easily again. Most creams also act as astringent causing the rectal walls to contract and keep the pile inside. They don;t shrink them.
If you can get the pile to go back, it will be less painful as it is not left to rub against the insides of your bum. Once you get them in, gently press against the inside wall of the rectum for a while to help the wall get into shape. It all sound rather gruesome, but it's all part of the same body taht you happily touch!
You then need to look at your diet and try not to press down too hard when your empty. Try oat bran (3 tablespoons each morning) and linseed for fibre. Drink plenty of water and exercise.
If your piles are prone to bleeding, you should get them treated by banding or injection.

The best cream I've ever tried was Hamamelis ointment. (You should be able to get this at a health food store or Natural Vitamin Place. If they don't have the ointment, any hamamelis preparation is suitable as long as it has no alcohol in it. That would then be drying and make matters worse.) It is natural and worked well. If the hemorrhoids are severe, you may want to consider having them removed. A soothing sitzbath with camomille tea is also a relief.

This is the best system to dispose of hemorrhoids : http://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=412
I discovered it after years of pain...i was excessively modest for approaching help to a doctor for my hemorrhoids problem...and surely I was scared of surgery! I bought this book on how to get rid of hemorrhoids naturally. After reading the book and taking action in 48 hours the pain, irritation, itching and bleeding was gone. To my surprise I was able to permanently cure my hemorrhoids. We need to stop paying paying each month good money on drugs, creams and oils. This is exactly what the pharmaceutical industry wants us to do and after all these dugs we don't get any result, any relief. This system helped me a considerable measure! Presently I don't have hemorroids anymore and I fell unquestionably better...no more irritation no more agony no more draining hemorrhoids.
I propose you to try it on the off chance that you are suffering of hemorrhoids.
This strategy is very quick and rapidly you can dispose of hemorrhoids once for all and tackle this problem for ever.
I know how you feel...i was feeling very terrible becouse i didn't what to do, however trust me with that system you can rapidly get relief and start feeling great.
At last hemorrhoids are simply engorged venis and there is an answer fo this problem.
This http://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=412 is focused around years of medicinal researches and permits you to tackle your hemorrhoid problem in not more than days!
I really trust it helps :)

Ask your doctor.. if nothing else is working its your only choice. Drink lots of fluids, you probably have them for being constipated, try drinking a lot and see if your bowels loosen up, maybe they will get better? GL!
