After the war and all the bombing's end, i would estimate approximately 1.5 trillion u.s. dollars. As, contractors are so greedy and over bill the governments around the world for everything they do.

Much of the construction work already completed by U.S. contractors and paid for by we taxpayers has been found to be very substandard and will result in demolition of these completed projects. Simply because there is little if any oversight on contractors in Iraq.

Example. Neighbor got a contract to replace locks at a convention center in iraq on 2, 700 doors. He bought pins and re-keyed each lock and then made about 5,000 key's all of same type and 1 key could open all the doors.

His cost to do this entire project was $10,575.00 to and including his travel to and from and lodging and meals.
He billed the government $875,000 for this work and actually was paid all of that.
