Yes steak does have natural creatine in it but to be honest you will not get the benefits of creatine from just eating steak. Your best bet is to buy a supplement if your goal is getting more creatine.

creatine is found naturally in red meat ie beet or lamb but the best way to get good quality creatine is using supplements as the quality of the creatine decrease in the cooking

red meat has ATP in, but your body can make it own muscle fuel so you dont need to look for it.
Years ago footballer would eat steak before a game, but these training myths have long since gone. A balance diet should be the main stay of all the very elite athletes.
To improve in sport you could probably train wiser and sleep more first. Buy organic food and so on.

My brother is on a creatine diet. He eats a lot of chicken, broccoli, and eggs. He also makes creatine shakes. They come in different flavors, such as fruit punch, chocolate, vanilla, etc.

RED MEAT. HAS THE HIGHEST CONCENTRATION OF CREATINE, BUT RED MEAT IS ALL SO HIGH IN FAT. AND YOU HAVE TO EAT A **** LOAD OF MEAT TO GET THE SAME AS IF YOU WERE TAKING A SUPPLEMENT.
