eat eat eat good clean foods with high in protein work out hard adding more weight on each week plenty of rest and plenty of water supplement with protein and creatine also multivitamins

You have to eat meat & potatoes. The good ole' american diet! Soy products destroy testosterone!! don't use them...for women it's fine. Munch on almonds/cashew/ nuts.
Red meat like steaks-burgers . Higher quality meats like Angus/Chuck etc...not ground beef w/ all that fat. Lot's of protein from eggs & fish.
Not really chicken. Turkey is great too. Lot's of spinich for the iron. No pastries.
Lot's of dedication...your social life will be the gym. Men build muscle quickly by increasing their food intake.
