i just bought myself some milk thistle from the health food store.Will this really help me and my liver problem?

Milk thistle has been shown to lower liver enzyme levels (ALT & AST), but does not cure or lessen the damage from Hepatitis C. Some doctors do not want their patients who are on antiviral treatments to take milk thistle because it can skew liver enzyme test results and give an untrue picture of what is going during treatment.
As someone who has "been there", I would recommend giving the standard treatment a try; it may work after all. I've been clear of the virus for over six years now, and feel great. Best wishes.

No the only thing to help with liver problems is to get the right medicine from the doctor. If you do not get it treated right it can result in liver failure with can result in a organ transplant or death, so I would be running to the doctor to get this looked at.
