It should have been done a long time ago, it would have saved countless Iraqi and US lives.

Yes it would make a difference, it gives the US a faster method of ending the unrest and violence in Baghdad.

the only reason to kill him is over the influence he has. his father and brothers were killed by saddam, that is the type of iraqi we are said to be helping. his enemies are those that call for negative interference from iran and syria, something we say we oppose. he seeks an independent iraq, without control by any other country. he has held up his end of the agreement he made,no attacks on US troops and involvement in politics. in the beginning we chose a dangerous ally and an al sadr enemy, the badr brigade. they seek a larger iran,al sadr wants an independent iraq,he opposes them. some sunnis want the baathists back and are being influenced by syria, again al sadr opposes them. killing al sadr could be a big mistake.

It will certainly make a difference. Firstly it will require taking on his 40,000 + militants and probably the assassination of Maliki and the possibility of intervention of country,s such as Saudi Arabia and Jordan which are mostly Sunni and Iran, mostly Shiite and inevitably many more American deaths as they sit in the middle of this impending "increased Carnage".

It is a joke. More American dead is all it means. The 'War On Terror' is a big fat lie. 9/11 was an inside job to spread their wars and take away our freedoms. Watch 'Loose Change' or '911 Mysteries' to see it was all a big lie. The towers were taken down via controlled demolitions.

I hope you are right because if you are it will make a huge difference. I don't place much faith in Middle east rulers as a whole. They all are or have been warlords it seams.
