The inspectors maybe sincere but the constables are sometimes irresponsible and dose off during night shifts or the criminal is able to escape because of power and wealth. The only way to fight is that the constables and inspectors should be be severe .

because of the irresponsibility of police or government & ITS CITIZENS the citizens r not foolowing the law & not cooperating with government . & if we want to correct someone start from ur self , not to drive vehicals before 18 it is a rule but many teenager who r less then 16 drive . & after that u will ask why r rules not followed , ask ur friend or relative under 18 & driving vehicals not to do so , & that would be the beganing

Because the Police officials are very kind-hearted:1.Kind on the criminals2.Kind on themselves by excepting bribes and saving themselves from the anger of the politicians.But in this way are definitely unkind to the public and the whole country.
