after researching and googling and asking people i actually found out that it is a rhetorical question...lol but wait that means that i just answered it but a rhetorical question has no answers? good one now i am confused......

I think questions need to be spoken, because you need to assess the person's tone to work out whether or not the question is rhetorical.
Any question could be rhetorical, if the person asking it was being sarcastic.
