Church of the Anti-church
Religion is being blamed for so many problems in our society, from homophobia to war to discrimination and the list goes on. Should we not then begin a new Church. One that specifically targets these problems without undue discrimination against other specific religions or groups. Would you support such a church if they came up with a decent philosophy..

It might start out good, but sooner or later, someone will come in and try to use it for the wrong reasons and they'll end up just like every other church...

They have already started churches exactly like what you are describing. It is not a new concept. The problem with them however, is that they end up distorting God's Word in order to please everyone and to send this "feel good" message and people end up with a distorted view of everything and most of the time the true message is neglected in favor of the personal message of the church.

Religion sucks and it is partially responsible for many of the world's problems. The best solution is no church or religion and let's take out the jews and muslim first.
