ive been thru this feeling before, i was depressed for 3 years..and it seems like there is nothing to fix it. but u need to do something about it before it gets to severe. more than likly udwell on the past or u have alot of anger inside of you that no one really knows about...there always a reason..whether it something that happend 3 years ago or something htat happened 3 days ago. you need to try to hang out with ur friends as much as possible and have a good time bc once u get like really depressed u kinda dont want nething to do with them, i know this from personal experiance. and u need to think about stuff that makes u feel good or happy. try to live ur life to the fullest..and dont let things bother u..just try to forget abou them. start doing more things that make u feel happy or enegized..and try to keep u mind off the little things that bother you. bc u dont want depression to get really bad...i personally lost alot of my friends from it...and i miss them and the good old day...but now i know that i just have to make do wat ive got and live my life to the fullest!!...believe....somethings really arent as bad as u think..they just seem like it. but if u really need to, confide in a close friend whom you trust, and if that dont have then maybe u should think about getting professional help...so just mainly do things that get ur mind off of stuff..that u like to do..that makes you happy..and spend quality time with ur friends, it'll all blow over soon!

If its periodic n without any reasons then surely the hormones are to be blamed for it.
Women's body goes thru a periodic up n down in hormone levels, and those cause the turmoil in temperament.
Most of the women get uncontrollably cranky during few days before mensus.
About getting over it, simply understand that it is normal, and try to control yourself next time.

Have you taken medicines? The side effects can disturb your state of mind. Have you had the right amount of sleep?Lack of sleep can alter your emotions. Keep your mind occupied with things that interest you. Read more about depression. For best result, see the doctor.

First, "B" vitamins Stress tabs, or better nutritional yeast in a glass of v-8 juice. Try to get a bit more exercise. Maybe melatonin before bed to sleep better. Maybe bright lights first thing in the morning to overcome SAD (seasonal affective disorder)
