I am 28 years old 5"5' and weigh 92 lbs. The only time I have weightes over 100 was when I was 9 months pregnant and I weighed 122. I am pale and hate my bones sticking out. I want to wear a bikkini this year but am to uncomfortable with my weight. I have tried eating more and drinking things like boost and proetien shakes. I have no medical insurance so I can't see a doctor. Please help. Don't tell me to eat more. I eat as much as I casn already sometimes trying to stuff myself and only feeling deathly ill thereafter. I want to weigh at least 110lbs

Wow, you're lucky! Most people around you are overweight, so next to them you think you're skinny -- wrong.

You're at a reasonable weight. Your body mass index is 15.3. (In fact, scientific research shows that underweight people live longest.) But yes, if you weighed 111, your BMI would be an even better 18.5.

Do you smoke? If so, quit: that alone will put on pounds.
Every single day, make sure to eat nuts, fruit, protein (beans/fish/poultry) and lots of whole grain breads and veggies. Cook with olive oil. And have a glass of beer or wine with your dinner.

Most of us envy you, lass.
