I use the Philosophy line for my hair. I dye it and bleach it and straighten it and perm it, well you get the idea. A lot of damage. But there's a serum that you put on preshampoo and leave on for 30 min. Then you use the shampoo and then the conditioner (looks and smells like lemon pie filling). Afterwards my hair looks great!

for protection spray try loreal hot straight
try loreal elvive hot oil treatment too to help get moisture back into your hair
also don't straighten every day
i personally dislike straighteing because it's damaging on the hair but if you must, at least give yourself a few days off a week where you don't use heat styling

Your hair is dried out. Go to the salon and get a trim. For healthy hair, you should get a trim every 6-8weeks. In the meantime, get a deep conditioner.

you may merely use olive oil! I attempt this and it really works wonders :) I also use Organix coconut milk when I bathe merely on my ends. it really works miracles! that's in user-friendly words like $5 at walmart, or a drugstore.

trim those frizzy ends, or if you dont want to chop them off, you can also try dampening them with loads of conditioner. that would surely help
